The Inner Work
My work lives where the mind, the body, and the spirit meet. An integration of leadership, neuroscience, faith, and human transformation.
I do not teach surface motivation. I teach identity: the deep work of rebuilding a person's inner architecture, so that their outer life finally reflects the authority, purpose, and power that already exist within them.
This is the foundation behind Unsinkable Minds, the Despierta Tu Poder Experience, and every stage where I share this message around the world.
The Story Behind the Voice
I was born in Bogotá and grew up in a dysfunctional home, but surrounded by values and principles that would later become the foundation of everything I would build.
When I arrived in the United States, I worked as a waitress while I learned English. That chapter taught me what no degree can teach: discipline, resilience, service, and the ability to truly connect with people.
Later, I studied chemical engineering and worked in a laboratory while raising my son, Jeshua. But it was the birth of my daughter, Hanelle, that awakened a new vision in me and pushed me out of my comfort zone to build a life of greater purpose and impact.
My husband Wally, along with Jeshua and Hanelle, became my greatest inspiration and the engine behind every goal, every sacrifice, and every dream reached.
Before the platforms, the conferences, and the movement, there was a woman learning to rebuild herself from within. And it was precisely that transformation that would later give life to Unsinkable Minds.
The Woman I Decided to Be
Watching my husband Wally step out of his comfort zone, into entrepreneurship, discipline, and a different version of himself, was the invitation I also needed.
I had earned an Associate Degree in Chemical Engineering at Miami Dade College and worked in a laboratory. But I decided to rebuild my life and begin a completely different path. I learned sales, leadership, social media, and the daily craft of high performance.
I continued studying at Cornerstone Christian University: a Bachelor's in Christian Leadership and Business, a Master of Science in Christian Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Leadership and Business. Today I serve as Dean of the School of Leadership and Business at that same university.
I also trained as a speaker with Les Brown, recognized among the Top 20 Power Voices out of more than 5,000 participants; studied leadership and high performance with the Proctor Gallagher Institute; and earned my certification as a Neuroscience Coach.
Alongside Wally, we also rebuilt our bodies and our discipline. We went from physical and mental limitation to an obsession with growth, excellence, and transformation. Together we also built Donovan Smart Home Technology, twice named East Region Champions and recognized in the 2025 Latin Business Awards.

The Movement
Unsinkable Minds is the movement that grew from my own rebuilding. It is for people who know they were born for more, who have talent, hunger, and a calling inside them, but who feel trapped by fear, limiting beliefs, comfort zones, and old paradigms.
It convenes scholars, leaders, and seekers across two languages and three continents in the work of rebuilding the mind, the body, and the spirit.
